Challenge

The main goal of this project was to create a website that speaks to the luxury travel market while offering an intuitive interface for users to easily plan and book their winter getaways. The website needed to balance the dynamic energy of outdoor adventure with the sophistication and quality of a premium brand.

Process

The design process began with understanding the brand's core values and target audience. We explored color palettes, typography, and imagery that would convey both the excitement of winter sports and the warmth of a luxury experience. Wireframes and prototypes were developed to map out the user experience (UX) and ensure smooth navigation. INTERNAL AND LUNCH MATERIALS CLIENT: Arctic Travels

Internal Materials:

  • Design Brief: A comprehensive document outlining the project’s vision, objectives, target audience, and key design elements. This was shared with the internal team to ensure alignment throughout the project.

  • Wireframes & Prototypes: Interactive wireframes were created to map out the user flow and interface design. These were shared internally to gather feedback and ensure the design met all functional requirements before development.

  • Brand Guidelines: A set of guidelines that define the visual identity of Arctic Travels, including logo usage, typography, color palette, and other design elements. These were provided to ensure consistency across all internal and external materials.

Launch Materials:

  • Website Launch Kit: A package including promotional assets, launch timelines, and detailed instructions on how to use the new website. This kit was provided to the client for distribution to their teams, helping them prepare for the official launch.
